CORPORATE BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE (BCS)

As a member of Corporate Customer Service Department, you will be responsible to execute and support daily corporate banking transactions in accordance with the bank prevailing policies and procedures, maintains a good filling system and customers’ records, as well as keeps a good communication with internal and external customers.

Requirements:
* Able to work independently.
* High achievers (performance oriented).
* Good in operating MS-Office (Word, Excel & Power Point).
* Possess high sense of Risk Awareness, Compliance and Integrity.
* Strong Service-Excellence mind-set and Communication skill.
* Experience as a Customer Service in banking for 2 – 4 years, preferably in a corporate banking.
* Relevant Bachelor degree holder.
* Fluent in English, both spoken and written (min. TOEIC score equiv. 700 or TOEFL of min. 550).
* Self motivated team player.
* Adaptable to changing business conditions and customer requirements.
