TITAN Chemical, is a foreign investment company. As a group we become the largest Polyolefins producer in South East Asia. To deal with 2008 challenges, We invite highly qualified & motivated individual to join us as:

HR & GA Manager (HRM)
(Jakarta Raya)


Requirements:
Good communication in English (both oral and written)
A hands-on approach to business & excellent communication skills.
Strong leadership, good strategic and analytical thinking.
Having good computer literacy
Self motivated and hard working
Male
Age between 35-45 years old
Having a good knowledge in government regulation, permit & license
Base at factory in Jakarta area
Has a minimum of 5 years working experience at a managerial level, preferably in manufacturing industry (preferable in petrochemical or plastic industry)
Hold S1 degree, any disciplines from reputable university
Having 8 years relevant experience and hands on skill in human resources, general affairs, industrial relationship & safety in any industry, preferable in manufacturing
Having a good knowledge in SMK3, HACCP, ISO 9001 and GMP
