MANAGER BRANCH PINJAMAN HSBC - MEDAN

Requirements:
Minimum S1 degree
Must have 5 years experience in leading sales teams in finance/banking, insurance or retail industry
Must have commercial acumen, personal credibility, a marketing orientation and the drive to succeed
Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
Must have good people management and development skills
Exposure to customer credit would be advantage
Willing to be stationed at Medan

Responsibilities:
Responsible for achieving branch targets, maintaining service quality, and managing day-to-day branch operations.
