Junior Technical Support Engineer
(Banjarmasin, Makassar, Pekanbaru, Balikapapan)

Responsibilities:
Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers / channel partners in project implementation
Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
More than 1 year’s relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in English
Hands on experience with features and parameters for RF optimization activity
Have deep knowledge about radio network optimization in different environment
Hands on experience with analyze field measurement results (Statistics)
Hands on experience from tuning and optimization activities in a live network

Technician

Responsibilities:
Site Survey
Install CDMA BTS / Transmission for our customer and provide installation instruction
Integration and Maintenance CDMA BTS / Transmission / ADSL
Provide onsite training of equipment installation to project contractors

Requirements:
Over 1 year’s relevant work experience in telecom companies, preferably with multinational telecom companies
Be able to communicate and cooperate well with others, continuous improvement orientation, a strong sense of responsibilities
Strong learning, analytical and problem solving abilities
Proficient in English
For based in Kalimantan (Banjarmasin, Makassar, Pekan Baru, Balikpapan)

DOCUMENT CONTROLLER

RESPONSIBILITIES :
Prepare and keeping track of project reports, gathering and summarizing data including information updates. Schedule appointments and coordinate arrangements for meetings, Manage the quality documentation matters to support business flow on the session of Pre Bid, Bid Preparation, Initial Project Setup and the project rollout.

REQUIREMENT – NON ENGINEERING POSITION :
Bachelor’s Degree (S1) or above in related studies.
Minimum 2 year of related working experience.
Fresh graduated student is encouraged to apply as entry level positions.

Receptionist
(Jakarta, Banjarmasin, Makassar)

Responsibilities:
Handle Phone Call
Handle for Lunch Order
Supporting departmental office activities
Fixed asset Management
Other administration work

Requirements:
Education background min High School with experience more than 1 year
Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill
Mandarin language active for read & write (prefer)
Strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility
