Recruitment Staff

Responsibilities:
• To handle recruitment & selection activities from sorting CV, contact candidates, conducting psychological test, and doing recruitment administration related tasks
• To support HR project activities

Requirements:
• Bachelor Degree (S1) from reputable university major in Psychology with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
• Age maximum 26 years old.
• Fluent in English (both oral and written).
• Familiar with psychological diagnostic tools is a plus.
• Willing to be placed at Cikampek.
• Subject: Rec-Cikampek

Recruitment Staff (Head Office)

Responsibilities:

Corporate Planning Staff

Responsibilities:

Responsible to Profit/Loss for all models vehicle
Controlling and reporting contribution margin for all models vehicle
Providing Price Approval for upcoming, refreshment, and export models
Maintaining all model vehicle price list for Acc & Sales Dept

Requirements:

Bachelor degree major in Accounting from reputable university with GPA minimum 3.50 out of 4.00.
Male / Female, Single, Age 23-26 years old.
Has 1 year experience in related fields would be an advantage (Fresh graduate are welcome to apply).
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Has good analytical thinking, numerical ability, logic of verbal, good perspective, and more on accuracy.
Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill & able to work as team.
Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure with tight deadline, available work overtime, and has big interest in automotive.
