R&D OFFICER


Main duties
In charge of designing new products, developing new technologies and improving existing processes.

Requirements
Understand root cause analysis system and AutoCad
Finite Element Analysis skill is an advantage.
Able to operate CATIA and MasterCAM CNC machine
Innovative and excellent analytical skill
Problem analysis and problem resolution at both strategic and functional level
Able to work in inconsistent working hours
Male or female
Bachelor or Master degree from mechanical, industrial, electrical, chemical, product design, physics or math with min GPA 3.0
Fresh graduates are welcomed
Preferably with experience, especially in tire manufacture
Computer literate and Proficient in English.
Able to speak mandarin is an advantage.
Wiling to be located in Tangerang
