Talent Management Officer

Requirements:
* Bachelor of Psychology with a minimum of 3 years work experience
in the field of HR in particular Talent Management, or,
* Master of Psychology or Human Resources Management with minimum 1
year of working experience in Talent Management
* Strong conceptual and sharp analytical thinking.
* Ability to work independently and in groups.
* Have good communication skills.
* Good ability to conduct interviews.
* Multitasking and adaptive.
* Proficient in English, both verbally and in writing.
* Strong computer literate (words, excel, power point, Visio, etc.)

Main Responsibilities:
* Designing, developing and implementing the newest systems related to
managing talent.
* Organizing recruitment and selection process for managerial-level
employees and corporate level in order to be well organized in
accordance with the policies and procedures available
* Developing individual development program for managerial level based
on competency required to support the organization with the next
future leaders.
* Provide recommendations to the employer with the development of
management such as admission and appointment of employees,
implementation of HR systems.
* Managing assessment center.
