Call Center
Job Description
* Lead and develop several call agents
* Organize agents shift schedule effectively to solve customer
inquiries and complaints promptly
* Evaluate agents performance
* Deal directly with customer either by telephone or email
* Ensure all call center activity are complete and update
Requirement :
* Bachelor degree from reputable university major in Engineering or
Communication with GPA min 3.00 out of 4.00
* Age 25-30 years old
* Has 1 year experience in call center or customer handling
* Has good analytical thinking, logic of verbal, good perspective, and
more on accuracy
* Has good interpersonal relationship, communication skill, and team work
* Fluent in English (both oral and written)
* Computer literate, fast learned, can work under pressure, available
work overtime, hard working, and has interest in automotive
